Starting May 17, 2024, Air Astana, the national airline of Kazakhstan, is introducing important improvements to Nomad Club, its frequent flyer program. These changes, based on member feedback, are intended to make the program more attractive.

One of the most significant innovations concerns the type of points credit, which is now no longer based on the flight distance traveled, but on the fare booked. Additionally, redeeming points is simplified by allowing members to access their account directly with one click on the Air Astana website.

During the implementation of the innovations from May 17 to 20, 2024, the frequent flyer program services will be temporarily unavailable. There may therefore be problems accessing personal user accounts up to and including May 25, 2024. However, membership levels and points earned will seamlessly transfer to the new system. Additionally, Air Astana plans further improvements to the Nomad Club, including additional privileges for members, to be implemented by the end of summer 2024.
