Skytrax has named the Latvian airline the Best Airline in Eastern Europe 2022. The award was presented during the 2022 World Airline Awards in London.

“We at Air Baltic are constantly working on improvements and innovations. The Air Baltic team is incredibly motivated, dedicated and passionate about what we do. Therefore, I am proud and honored to accept this award today on behalf of our team and to see that our work and efforts are recognized at an international level." The World Airline Awards were established in 1999 to provide a global survey of customer satisfaction. Travelers around the world vote to determine the winners in the largest passenger satisfaction survey.
