The Latvian airline expands the range of flights from its base in Tampere with direct flights to Nice and Milan. From May 2023, the new destinations will be connected with two weekly flights.

"In a few months we will celebrate the first anniversary of our base in Tampere and so far the demand from Finnish passengers has met our expectations. Following this success, we at air Baltic are excited to add these two beautiful cities to our route network, as both Nice and Milan are very popular destinations. We hope that passenger demand will gradually increase even further this year, so that over time we can offer more new destinations to various business and leisure destinations," said airline CEO Martin Gauss.

In addition, the carrier offers further direct flights from Tampere to Copenhagen, Munich and Amsterdam as well as to the sunny holiday destinations Málaga and Rhodesan and also continues to fly to Riga.
