Air Baltic leases further Wetlease machines

The Latvian airline Air Baltic will be using further wet lease aircraft between March 27 and May 31, 2023 for the time being. The background is that engine maintenance on some A220s is taking longer.

Therefore, aircraft and crews are rented from XFly (Bombardier CRJ-900NG - 88 seats), Danish Air Transport (Airbus A320-232 - 180 seats), Carpatair (Airbus A319-100 - 150 seats) and Cyprus Airways (Airbus A320-232 - 180 seats.Air Baltic itself also flies in the ACMI for other carriers.For example, six Airbus A220-300 are in service for Swiss.
