The Latvian airline currently has more than 1.800 employees - the carrier has achieved the highest number in the 26-year history of the Air Baltic Group.

“As the airline industry continues to recover from its worst crisis in history, we continue to attract new talent to our motivated team. It allows us to maintain the high level of service while the company continues to grow,” says Alīna Roščina, SVP Human Resources at Air Baltic. “We are already preparing today for the number of employees we will need to operate next summer. We also develop the competencies and skills of our employees and provide new employees with aviation-specific knowledge,” Roščina continues.

The company currently employs a total of over 1.800 people. The company continues to be actively recruiting and currently has more than 40 open positions and is seeking more than 300 additional employees in total. Currently, 47 percent of AirBaltic employees are women. At the same time, 45 percent of the airline's top management representatives are women.
