Air Dolomiti, the Italian airline of the Lufthansa Group, has received the renewal of the UNI EN ISO 9001 and ISO / IEC 27001 certifications for 2020 following an audit by the DNV GL - Business Assurance team.

The two standards define a series of regulations and guidelines for the introduction of a quality management system that aims to increase customer satisfaction through the monitoring of business processes and activities or through the management of information security.

"We are very proud of this result, which proves the high level of reliability and seriousness of our company, even in difficult times like those all over the world. I believe that the maintenance and certification of our standards is an essential instrument of transparency for all those interested in the company, from customers to stakeholders ”, so Jörg Eberhart, President and CEO of Air Dolomiti.
