The inaugural flight of the airline, which will offer connections to the German hub, landed at Ridolfi Airport this morning.

The first flight of Air Dolomiti, the Italian airline of the Lufthansa Group, landed at Luigi Ridolfi Airport this morning. The plane, an Embraer 195, left Munich at 07:50 a.m. and arrived in Forlì just under an hour later. The company operates two weekly frequencies (Mondays and Fridays) in the months of June, July and August in codeshare with Lufthansa.

“The addition of flights from Forlì to the Munich hub is a further step towards the return to normal operations, expanding our offer and offering travelers an ever more extensive and efficient range of alternatives", Says Joerg Eberhart, President & CEO of Air Dolomiti, and continues: "We are making great progress in resuming our activities and partnerships, hopefully now without further setbacks, in order not only to reach Bavaria, but also all of the destinations offered by the numerous Lufthansa connections."
