Air Greenland acquires more de Havilland Dash 8-200s

The de Havilland Dash 8-200 machine type has been in production for some time and is now rarely found in Europe. Air Greenland is adding another aircraft to its fleet. This has the serial number 497 and was purchased from Avmax.

This sub-fleet of the Greenlandic carrier consists of eight de Havilland Dash 8-200. According to the announcement, five copies of it were purchased from Avmax. The newcomer was built in 1998 and was last in scheduled service with Lan Colombia. The machine was then shut down for a long period of time.
