Air Montenegro takes up Podgorica-Rome

The airline Air Montenegro will resume the Podgorica-Rome connection during the winter season. The route is to be operated with two weekly flights.

The airline Air Montenegro plans to start the connection between Podgorica and Rome in the spirit of the winter period. The route in question will be served twice a week from December 15, according to the Ex-Yu Aviation News portal. The route would originally have been served by low-cost carrier Wizz Air in winter, but the airline confirmed the cancellation of winter flights on this route. The low-cost airline Wizz Air serves the Podgorica-Rome route as part of the summer season, and winter flights are scheduled to resume in 2024.
