Air Serbia among the top 10 best airlines in the world

Air Serbia has been included in the list of the best airlines for 2024 by the specialist portal AirHelp, ranking 10th among 109 airlines evaluated.

The ranking is based on the categories of passenger satisfaction, punctuality and efficiency in handling complaints, with Air Serbia scoring particularly high in claims handling. Leading airlines such as Qatar Airways and United Airlines are also in the top 10, while well-known European and American airlines performed worse.
