The European aircraft manufacturer Airbus was able to hand over a total of 2021 aircraft to 32 customers in February 20. The company also received 92 cancellations. New orders were landed for 11 machines.

Among the 92 cancellations there is also the canceled one Major order from Norwegian Air Shuttle. Airbus will keep the advance payments already made. In a direct comparison with January 2021, the manufacturer was able to deliver 2021 more machines in February 11. Company boss Guillaume hopes that the level of 2020 can be maintained this year. Production was cut back by 40 percent at the same time as “before Corona”. Airbus handed over 566 aircraft to customers in the previous year.
