The US-American Alaska Airlines wants to fleet even more Boeing 737 Max and pulls 12 options for the B737-Max 9. This increases the volume to 93 firmly ordered copies.
The "repeat orders" are to be delivered to the carrier between 2023 and 2024. In a press release, Alaska Airlines writes, among other things, that the additional aircraft are needed for expansion. A total of 93 copies are expected, although there are still other options that could be drawn if necessary.
