The Spanish airline Alba Star is trying their luck in Italy again this year. From Bergamo, Bologna, Parma and Perugia there are numerous routes that are mainly tourist in nature.

Since May 31, 2022, there has been a weekly flight to Fuerteventura from Bergamo. Cagliari will be served with the same frequency from June 4, 2022. There will also be flights to Lampedusa from June 5, 2022. Alghero will be on the flight schedule once a week from June 11, 2022. Alba Star will initially fly to Dakar once a week from Bergamo from June 13, 2022. From July 4, 2022, it will fly twice a week. Boa Vista is scheduled to commence operations on July 1, 2022 and will be serviced once a week.

From June 12, 2022, there will be seasonal flights from Parma to Catania (Sicily) once a week. From Perugia, from June 14, 2022, there will be twice a week flights to Lamezia Terme. All routes newly announced by Alba Star are planned seasonally. Some of these are also PSO-subsidized routes. Other routes are operated on behalf of tour operators. A few also on their own account.
