The European aircraft manufacturer Airbus landed another major order at the Dubai Air Show. Air Lease Corporation signed a letter of intent to acquire 111 aircraft.
There are 25 A220-300, 55 A321neo, 20 321XLR, four A330neo and seven A350F. In the next few months, the LoI is to be converted into a firm order. ALC currently has 496 open orders with Airbus.
On Sunday, Airbus was able to sell a total of 255 aircraft from the A321neo series to Indigo Partners. Of these, 27 will be A321XLR and 75 will be A321neo go to the low-cost airline Wizz Air. With the ALC-LoI, the European manufacturer is now facing the second large order that was communicated at the Dubai Air Show.
