Good news for all sun-seekers: The German government has announced that it will lift the travel warning for the Canary Islands from October 24th. That is why the tour operator Alltours is taking the Spanish archipelago back into the program.

The incidence value would be below 35 and is thus significantly lower than in most German areas, according to the Federal Foreign Office in a statement. So travelers can go on vacation unhindered to Tenerife, Gran Canaria, Lanzarote, Fuerteventura, La Palma or La Gomera. And that, without a rude awakening in the form of an obligation to quarantine on the return journey.

The organizers are introducing a number of security concepts to ensure that it stays that way. Almost all leisure activities have been moved outside, and tourist excursions are also held in smaller groups. Much emphasis is placed on the common preventive measures, above all wearing face masks and maintaining safety distances. "A week all inclusive on Fuerteventura with a dream view of the Atlantic and a sandy beach is available for 516 euros per person," says the tour operator.
