The tour operators FTI and Alltours have revised their fee-based “flexi packages”. With the Düsseldorf provider, it is now possible for the package tours to be canceled or rebooked up to 14 days before departure for a surcharge.

The adjusted conditions apply to new bookings made between March 12th and April 30th, 2022. No surcharge should be charged for this during the promotional period. The competitor FTI Touristik will in future offer the so-called Flex-Plus tariff for an additional 60 euros, regardless of the travel price.

This tour operator offers passengers the option to cancel up to 15 days before departure. A reduced cancellation fee should be charged for this until October 31, 2023. According to the company, you can also rebook up to 15 days before departure. FTI wants to pay out half of the cancellation costs to the mediating travel agencies.
