In the previous year, when the industry was idle due to the greatest crisis in aviation history, the airline had to cope with a loss of a good two billion dollars. At least mathematically, the company can draw on the full potential - according to its own statements, the US carrier had cash and cash equivalents of around $ 21,3 billion at the end of the quarter.
