Until now, Tanja Gruber was in charge of communications at Austrian Airlines. From June 1, 2021, she will take over at the helm of external communications at Wiener Linien. She worked as a spokesperson for the AUA for around seven years.

Born in Burgenland, Anna Maria Reich-Kellnhofer, head of communications at Wiener Linien, would like to focus even more on digital communication and sustainability in the future.

"For me personally, Wiener Linien communication stands for courage, humor and vision and sets new standards across Austria, especially in the social media sector," explains Tanja Gruber. "Together with my team of communication professionals, I am looking forward to communicating with Vienna's largest car pool in the future and actively helping to shape its further development."

Tanja Gruber studied communications management at FHWien and completed an MBA in marketing at Lynn University in Florida. During her studies she gained agency experience at Currycom before moving to Austrian Airlines in 2014. Gruber started there as an editor for internal communications. In 2018 she took over the management of the Communications Distribution & Media Relations department and, since October 2020, also the interim management of the Corporate Communications department.
