With the support of Austrian Airlines, Lufthansa will resume the non-stop connection to the Frankfurt am Main hub. The flights are operated by the AUA under LH flight numbers with Embraer 195. The resumption will take place on November 2, 2020 and is already bookable.

The Lufthansa flights LH1585 and LH 1586 are carried out with machines from the subsidiary Austrian Airlines. However, these are not stationed in Tyrol, but will no longer fly back to the capital “immediately” on the Vienna flights, but will make an “excursion” for Lufthansa to Frankfurt and back to Innsbruck. The machines then return to Vienna. It is currently planned that Innsbruck-Frankfurt-Innsbruck will be served with the Embraer 195 on behalf of Lufthansa. For the time being, a daily circulation is to be offered.
