A Qantas flight attendant provided special entertainment for travelers on a domestic flight from Perth to Melbourne on February 15, 2024. He motivated the passengers to sing a song by Taylor Swift together.

Footage taken by eyewitnesses shows the man encouraging passengers on board a wide-body jet to take part. In fact, a positive atmosphere developed with many travelers singing along. The background is also that Taylor Swift recently arrived in Melbourne. Her Eras tour stopped there.

In a friendly and loving way, the Qantas flight attendant suggested to the passengers that they could sing “Cruel Summer” together. He first went from row to row and encouraged the travelers to sing along. He then started the song and many passengers actually joined in. Some filmed the event and shared it on social media.

Some comments even demand that Qantas should give the cabin worker a pay rise because of his entertainer qualities. The airline was pleasantly surprised by its flight attendant's efforts and wrote on a social media platform that the man deserved his own concert. When asked, a spokesman said, among other things, that they are proud of the employees and expressly praise such efforts.
