The entry requirements will be further relaxed. As of tomorrow, a total of eleven countries will be back on the “safe side”. This provides for an amendment to the entry ordinance, which is to be issued in the course of the evening, according to the ORF.

In addition to the United States, Serbia, North Macedonia, Albania, Hong Kong, Japan, Macau, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam are also on the list of safe countries. Accordingly, quarantine will no longer be required for people arriving from these countries if 3-G evidence (tested, recovered, vaccinated) can be presented.
