Austro Control informs: Recruiting day for prospective air traffic controllers in Vienna

On Saturday, November 30, 2024, Austro Control in Vienna will open its doors to anyone interested in the profession of air traffic controller. Visitors will gain insights into the responsible job, the three-year training and the selection process.

Tours of the 360° tower simulator and a virtual tour of the air traffic control areas offer practical impressions. Requirements include a high school diploma, the ability to work in a team, resistance to stress and passing a multi-stage selection process. Up to 40 trainees are accepted each year.
