Avia Solutions Group acquires Air Explore

The Slovakian aviation company Air Explore was acquired by the Avia Solutions Group. So far, the carrier has specialized in the provision of ACMI and charter services, but has also occasionally offered scheduled flights on its own account.

Numerous airlines and ground handling service providers belong to the Avia Solutions Group. These include BBN, Blue Bird Nordic, Avion Express, Klas Jet, Magma and Smartlyx. Air Explore's fleet currently consists of eight Boeing 737-800s, including two full-freighters.
