Aviareps obviously also wants to sell to private individuals, clubs and companies, because they can also make inquiries.

But agencies such as travel agencies can also use the service for their customers. According to Aviareps, an initially non-binding request is made via the homepage. The reservation team then makes an offer. The interested party may or may not accept this. The terms of payment may differ depending on the airline, but this is also the case with other group sales channels.
