Bavarian Airlines has recently caused a sensation because the startup was planning to compete against Lufthansa in the future. This is now a thing of the past. The founder is accused of untruths, unpaid bills and document forgery.

The newly founded Bavarian Airlines declared war on the airline Lufthansa. Domestic flights to Berlin, Düsseldorf and Frankfurt were originally announced for 2023. Subsequently, it was planned to also offer flights to Amsterdam, London, Geneva and Vienna. However, this no longer corresponds to reality, allegations make the dreams of the Bavarian Airlines boss burst.

Everything seems authentic at first: Bavarian Airlines convinces with a website, a well thought-out plan and the airline's headquarters at Munich Airport. But the actual headquarters of the airline Bavarian Airlines in Munich did not actually exist. No trace of Bavarian Airlines can be found on the premises of Munich Airport. The founder AK recently gave several interviews in which he also reveals that he was able to raise millions through investors. However, insiders were suspicious: The Embraer E195-E2 machine type was also announced for flights to London City. However, the E195-E2 has no approval for the inner-city airport of the capital of the United Kingdom and due to the local conditions it is also very unlikely that this can ever be granted.

As can be seen from the website, the company name “Bayerische Luftfahrt mbH” does not exist in the German commercial register. However, it was founded in Great Britain, and the airline is listed in the directory as Bavarian Airlines, initially under the name Hessische Finanzgruppe. The capital of the registered company should amount to 150 francs.

But now it has become known that several allegations have been made against Bavarian Airlines founder AK. He is accused of commercial fraud, document forgery and the use of contradictory ID documents. In addition, the founder should not be of legal age, as he has always stated. AK is actually 15 years old and therefore a minor. The Bavarian Airlines boss is said to have caused a total of half a million euros in debt. AK owes the investor Lampel 165 euros. He received this after he was able to show a forged bank statement with a sum of 000 euros. The investigation into the misuse of a doctoral title is also launched. AK has stated this in several contractual documents, although in reality he does not have a doctorate.
