There is now a new Viennese café at Vienna Airport: The coffee manufacturer Bieder & Maier has opened its first coffee house in the publicly accessible departure hall of Terminal 3.

The new café will be operated by Lagardère Travel Retail, a global specialist for retail and catering concepts at airports and a long-standing location partner of Vienna Airport. “Fresh coffee aroma and Vienna are inseparable. With its exquisite roasts, the young coffee brand Bieder & Maier has quickly established itself in the Viennese gastronomy. With their first own restaurant, Bieder & Maier reinterprets the traditional Viennese coffee house culture and we are very happy about this new opening at the location. We are thus offering passengers another local culinary highlight,” says Julian Jäger, Member of the Management Board of Flughafen Wien AG.

The new café is located directly in the entrance area of the departure hall of Terminal 3 and is therefore accessible to anyone who is interested. The coffee house is open daily from 05:00 a.m. to 21:00 p.m. and, in addition to coffee creations and a breakfast menu, also offers paninis and salads for consumption.
