From the end of March 2023, Brussels Airlines will connect the Brussels and Zurich hubs. For the time being, five weekly rotations, which are usually to be served with Airbus A319s, are planned.

The affected route has not been served by a Belgian airline for a long time, as the Brussels predecessor Sabena last had it in its program in 1996. From March 27, 2023, the Lufthansa subsidiary wants to offer five weekly course pairs between Brussels and Zurich-Kloten. These should be carried out on the traffic days Monday to Friday. As of October 30, 2023, the aim is to increase to six rounds.

Flight SN2729 will take off from the Belgian capital at around 6:55 am and arrive in Zurich at 8:10 am. The return flight takes off as SN2730 at 9:00 am and arrives in Brussels at around 10:15 am. The flight operates during the week, but not on Saturdays and Sundays.
