The Bulgarian Gullivair started scheduled flights between Sofia and Burgas on Sunday. Before that, they worked exclusively in the areas of charter and ACMI. The new domestic route is to be served all year round with the ATR72-600.
For the time being, the carrier is offering a daily circulation. The LZ-DAJ is currently in use, and Gullivair will shortly be putting two more ATR72-600 machines into service. These are to be used to add further line routes, primarily in Germany.
It is planned that Gullivair will arrive at Ruse Airport to breathe new life into it. For this purpose, a connection to the capital Sofia with ATR72-600 is to be included. Further routes are planned, but nothing has yet to be decided.
