The Cockpit Association is making history: For the first time, the members of the Advisory Board have elected a woman as the Advisory Board Chairman.

The A320 captain Carolin Bach takes over the post. The advisory board represents the members vis-à-vis the board of directors and advises them; coordinated cooperation is particularly important during these times. Because: "There is a time after Corona and together we will master the way into this time", said the Lufthansa pilot after the election.

On behalf of the entire board, I would like to congratulate Carolin Bach on her election as chairwoman of the advisory board, ”says VC President Markus Wahl. “We support your call for unity and look forward to working with you. Common goals and a common path are of central interest for the association and all members at the moment. "
