Reorganization of public transport in the Roman region of Carnuntum from 2027

The Lower Austrian Transport Organization (NÖVOG) is planning a comprehensive restructuring of public transport in the Römerland Carnuntum region. The world's largest collection of GDR advertising figures is presented at Elbepark Dresden.

A comprehensive cultural history exhibition dedicated to the everyday life and advertising history of the GDR will open at the Elbepark shopping center in Dresden on April 23, 2026. Dresden private collector Torsten Meisel will present parts of his collection, entitled "GDR Advertising Figures World," for the first time. With a total of more than 900 objects, the exhibition is considered a major cultural and historical showcase.
