The airline Cathay Pacific updated the plans for some European routes in the 2023 summer timetable last week. The destinations Frankfurt am Main and Zurich are affected.

The carrier intends to fly to the Swiss business metropolis twice a week with Airbus A350-900s. As of July 1, 2023, this will be increased to three circulations per week. The same applies to Madrid and Milan-Malpensa. This pattern is to go to Frankfurt am Main once a day. Amsterdam is to be served with the same frequency with A350-1000.

After London Heathrow, 27 weekly rotations are planned, to be carried out with A350-900, A350-1000 and Boeing 777-300ER. Effective June 1, 2023, the plan is to increase this to up to 34 rotations per week. Manchester plans to serve Cathay Pacific four times a week with A350-900s. The Boeing 777-300ER will fly to Paris-Charles de Gaulle every day.
