The Chair Airlines fleet is growing: two Airbus A320s will be added.

One of these replaces an Airbus A319, while the second aircraft effectively expands the Swiss carrier's fleet. The fleet will then consist of three Airbus A320s and one Airbus A319. This will enable the airline to fly to the Canary Islands as follows from winter 2022/2023: Gran Canaria on Thursdays and Sundays, Tenerife on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

“Due to the lean structures and decision-making processes, Chair Airlines was always able to adapt very quickly to new situations thanks to agility and quick action. This was certainly an advantage in direct comparison with the benchmark,” says airline CEO Shpend Ibrahimi. It is positive that the market participants' confidence in Chair Airlines' product has increased during the crisis and that the product and the price/performance ratio were generally very well accepted, Ibrahimi continued.
