Chair Airlines, which emerged from Germania Flug, will add an Airbus A2021-320 to its fleet in November 200.

As can be seen in a press release from Chair Airlines, the Swiss airline will expand its fleet by the first Airbus A320 this year. Chair is currently operating two smaller Airbus A319-100s after a third unit was irreparably damaged during maintenance work in Naples on July 8, 2020. This summer, a Boeing 737-800 from the Polish parent company Enter Air was used as a wet lease.

For the tour operator Air Prishtina this A320 is to be used mainly in ethnic air traffic between Switzerland and Kosovo resp. North Macedonia are used.

Aviation.Direct knows that the aircraft is an original version (A320-200 / ceo). For Chair, the integration of the A320 means a first step in growth. If the market situation and the development of the corona pandemic permit, the takeover of another Airbus A2022 is planned for 320, the airline writes.

For a short time the then JetClub also operated an A320-200 in full Air Prishtina colors in ethnic air traffic. The one now operated by Chair, on the other hand, will fly in the operator's well-known blue-red-white livery.
