Chicago: Apron vehicle gets stuck under United-B737-900

On August 26, 2023, a United Airlines Boeing 737-900 was significantly damaged by an apron vehicle at Chicago Airport. The driver was able to leave his implement uninjured.

The medium-haul jet with registration N75425 landed from Punta Cana under flight number UA1664. At the parking position, a ground vehicle collided with the Boeing 737-900 and got stuck under the machine. The aircraft sustained significant damage to the fuselage area.
