China Southern operated last Airbus A380 flight

The airline China Southern Airlines operated the last flight with the aircraft type Airbus A328 under the flight number CZ380. This led from Los Angeles to Guangzhou and was served by the B-6139.

The super jumbo took off from the US metropolis on November 6, 2022 and made its final return journey to China. The Airbus A380 era at China Southern Airlines ends with the landing in Guangzhou. The carrier decided some time ago to phase out this model.

The future of the machines is completely unclear. It is expected that these will initially be stored in the US desert. There could also be a risk of scrapping, because the model is not in demand on the used market at all.
