Construction work affects railway line Cologne/Bonn Airport – Koblenz – Bingen – Mainz

In the first two weeks of July, construction work on the right bank of the Rhine will cause significant disruption to the railway line between Cologne/Bonn Airport, Koblenz, Bingen and Mainz. The "Trans Regio Deutsche Regionalbahn GmbH" has announced that cancellations and the use of replacement buses are to be expected on the RB 26 line.

The construction work will particularly affect the route on the right bank of the Rhine and will include necessary measures to improve the infrastructure. Travellers are advised to find out about alternative timetables in good time and, if necessary, to use the bus connections used.
