The German tour operator Bentour broke an urgent application to the Schleswig Administrative Court - Aviation.Direct reported. But the court crushed the application - and that on the day it was received.

The management wanted to put a stop to the quarantine obligation planned throughout Germany for all travelers from Corona risk areas. According to a regulation currently in force in Schleswig-Holstein, returnees from Turkey must remain in self-isolation for five days, even after showing a negative PCR test. This is disproportionate, affirms organizer Deniz Ugur.

The court has not yet provided a reason for the rejection. This should be submitted in the next few days, how Reisevor9.de reported. Then they want to discuss how to proceed again. “The lack of justification leaves everything open. With the quarantine regulation of the state of Schleswig-Holstein, we still see the basic rights of our guests as inappropriately impaired, ”said the Bentour boss.
