In February this year, when Vienna's accommodation establishments were again continuously closed to leisure tourism, the number of overnight stays fell by 93,3 percent to 69.000 overnight stays in Vienna. 

Together with January, Vienna had 128.000 overnight stays (-94,1 percent) over the course of the year. The net sales of the accommodation establishments in January 2021 amounted to 6,5 million euros, 89,3 percent less than in the previous year. The concrete figures for February are still pending.
