DER is using its bag of tricks to make traveling in Corona times more attractive: The German tour operator will in future be offering a Covid-19 self-test in addition to booking.

This is intended to comply with national entry requirements, such as Reisevor9.de reported. Because due to the increasing number of infections, more and more countries are demanding a negative corona test. After the test smear has been taken independently, the sample goes to the laboratory, and the result is sent online after 48 hours at the latest. The standard version of the gargle test costs 129 euros. If you are in a hurry, you can take the express version for an extra 24 euros. Then the result is available within a day. The pilot project will begin on November 2nd in three selected branches, and a nationwide expansion of the service is planned.
