DAT flies Airbus A320 for Finnair

Oneworld member Finnair will operate an Airbus A2022 operated by Danish Air Transport under a wet-lease agreement from Copenhagen in summer 320. This is intended to absorb peaks in demand.

07According to the announcement, the machine is to be used between Helsinki and Copenhagen in June. Between July and October 2022, DAT will fly for Finnair between the capital of Finland and Oulu. This machine is also used between Helsinki and Lisbon. It was only recently announced that Finnair will launch several Airbus A2022s in the summer of 321 will fly from London Heathrow on behalf of British Airways.

“We are preparing for a busy summer season and this agreement with DAT supports our goal of ensuring stable and reliable operations as travel activity is now picking up again,” says Ole Orvér, Chief Commercial Officer at Finnair.  

DAT is a Danish airline that operates regional routes in Denmark, Norway, Italy, Germany and Finland, offering charter and ACMI services. The cockpit and cabin crew for these flights are provided by DAT and the flights are operated under Finnair's service concept.
