The airline Danish Air Transport will fly more frequently between Saarbrücken and Berlin-Tegel from August 31, 2020. According to the announcement, the carrier will again serve double the daily margin during the week. Circulation is still offered on Sundays.
DAT uses an ATR72-600 turboprop aircraft between Berlin-Tegel and Saarbrücken. The first flight took place in January 2020. The Danish airline took over the route as Luxair withdrew as the previous operator. Eurowings planned to operate this route shortly after the Air Berlin bankruptcy, but corresponding plans were rejected again
