The Federal Republic of Germany regards a further 19 countries as so-called high-risk areas. This is getting closer and closer to the former “worldwide travel warning”, because only a few countries are not afflicted with this flaw.

It is again noteworthy that the seven-day incidences in some new "high-risk areas" are well below those in the Federal Republic. Examples include India, Ecuador, Morocco, Tunisia and Japan. The inflationary pronouncement of travel warnings is now increasingly leading to tour operators doing the formerly usual Free cancellations denied.
