Four young people started their apprenticeship at Dortmund Airport on Thursday. Two are being trained as service clerks in air traffic and two more are learning in the airport's cargo area.

The four trainees were welcomed by managing director Ludger van Bebber. “We are delighted that four young people have once again opted for the exciting work environment at Dortmund Airport. In both areas there is now and in the future a high demand for qualified specialists, and we help to train them every year.” Together with Works Council Chairman Martin Bernhard, Martin Runte (Cargo Service) and Lara Brecht (Human Resources), the Airport Managing Director congratulated the new employees at the start of their training.

Dortmund Airport will be training again in 2023. Anyone interested in the travel industry and aviation can apply to the airport until the end of October.
