Dortmund Airport announced that the corona test center operated by the Westphalia-Lippe Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians will remain in operation until at least October 25, 2020. Returning travelers can still be tested there.

If you land at Dortmund Airport from a risk area by October 25, 2020, you can have yourself tested for the coronavirus free of charge immediately after arrival. The 14-day quarantine, which is mandatory when returning from a risk area, can be significantly shortened in the event of a negative result. Travelers only have to be in quarantine until they receive the negative test result. As a rule, this is around three working days, according to the airport in a broadcast.
