DSR Hotel takes over 13 hotels in Germany, Austria and Italy

Subject to merger approval, DSR Hotel Holding GmbH is taking over Travel Charme Hotel GmbH & Co. KG, expanding its portfolio to include 13 exclusive hotels and resorts in first-class locations in Germany, Austria and Italy.

As part of its growth strategy, DSR Hotel Holding GmbH (Rostock) is taking over Travel Charme Hotel GmbH & Co. KG (Berlin) with its twelve hotels and resorts in Germany and Austria. Another hotel in the chain in Italy will open in summer 2024. Subject to the fulfillment of the contractual closing conditions and approval by the antitrust authorities, the transaction is scheduled to be completed on March 31.03.2024, XNUMX.
