Düsseldorf Airport has once again awarded the contract for the care of passengers with reduced mobility (PRM services) to Klüh Security. From March 1st, specially trained employees of the company will assist passengers with reduced mobility when boarding, disembarking and changing planes and ensure that everything runs smoothly at the airport. The care is provided in accordance with EU Regulation 1107/2006, which regulates the rights of passengers with reduced mobility throughout the EU.
Klüh Security has been an experienced partner for airports and airlines for over 40 years and offers a wide range of services, including the care of passengers with reduced mobility. By again commissioning Klüh, Düsseldorf Airport is focusing on continuity and quality. "We are pleased that Düsseldorf Airport continues to rely on our expertise in the care of passengers with reduced mobility," explains Sven Horstmann, Managing Director at Klüh Security. "Our goal is to offer travelers with special needs a high level of comfort and security."
Düsseldorf Airport is the largest airport in North Rhine-Westphalia and plays an important role in the mobility of citizens and the economy in the region. By again awarding the PRM services to Klüh Security, the airport is ensuring that passengers with limited mobility will continue to receive the best possible care. In addition to the PRM services, Klüh has also been responsible for comprehensive cleaning services and other transport and logistics services at Düsseldorf Airport since February. These include the transport of flying personnel, lost and found services and courier services.
Düsseldorf Airport's renewed contract with Klüh Security underlines the importance of professional services in the area of passenger care. Airports are complex transport hubs that require a variety of services to ensure passengers have a smooth and pleasant stay.
