Thailand will relax entry regulations from the beginning of May 2022. People who are fully vaccinated against Covid-19 no longer have to show a negative PCR test. There is also no longer any quarantine.
Those who have been vaccinated must be able to prove their status during entry control. Furthermore, a health insurance policy that covers Covid-19 diseases on the territory of Thailand must be presented. Thailand hopes that tourism, which is so important for the state, will get an additional boost due to the easing.
Unvaccinated persons can enter the country on presentation of a negative PCR result, which must not be older than 72 hours. Alternatively, you can start a five-day quarantine in designated hotels.
