Emirates plans to invest $950 million to build a new, state-of-the-art Engineering Center at Dubai World Central Airport (DWC).

Covering over one million square meters, the new facility will be the largest and most advanced of its kind ever operated by an airline, further strengthening Dubai's world-class aviation infrastructure.

The facility is designed to support Emirates' aircraft fleet and operational needs into the 2040s. It will also be a competence center for technical services in commercial aviation in the region, with free capacity potentially being offered to other airlines. ADP Ingénierie was appointed project consultant.
