Further expansion of the route network: Emirates increases its flight operations due to increasing demand. Emirates currently serves 115 passenger destinations and will return to almost 90 percent of its route network from before the pandemic by the end of July, offering 880 weekly flights in 124 cities.

In the coming month alone, Emirates will resume flights to seven cities: Venice on July 1st; Phuket, Nice, Orlando and Mexico City on July 2nd; Lyon on July 9th and Malta on July 14th. Starting July 22nd, the airline will also begin flights to Florida's second largest city and one of the world's most popular vacation spots, Miami.

“We are seeing strong signs of pent-up demand wherever restrictions have been eased. Emirates is strategically adjusting its flight offering and identifying opportunities to increase presence and give customers more choice in getting to where they want this summer, safely and comfortably, ”said Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Emirates Chairman and Chief Executive.
