Emirates wins another World Travel Award

Emirates was recently recognized as the winner of the 2024 APEX World Class Airline Awards for Customer Service Excellence at the 2024 APEX/IFSA Awards in Long Beach, California. This makes Emirates one of only eight airlines worldwide to have received this award. The airline also received the 2024 IFSA Award for “Best Onboard Amenity” in recognition of the Emirates Sustainable Economy Class Amenity Kit.

Emirates received the World Class award because it demonstrates the highest global standards in safety and well-being, sustainability and service. The award caps a year of record profits, a successful first year of Premium Economy Class, numerous investments to improve in-flight services and steps towards a more sustainable future, and has been praised by the aviation industry for its innovation and commitment to excellence.
